What can be returned, and how to start a return.
Eligibility
Unopened, undamaged products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened research materials cannot be returned for safety reasons.
Damaged shipments
Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Contact support with your order number and the lot reference on the affected item.
